Thank you for visiting my site! My name is Emily and I've been teaching yoga, fitness and personal training classes for over 20 years now. In 2020 I closed my yoga studio in WV and moved to Shelby where I found the perfect place to create My Yoga Place. The private 5 acres in city is truly an oasis of lush green wooded forest sitting directly on the First Broad River. Truly the perfect place to retreat, relax and focus on your own self and well-being for a while.
I offer private, semi-private and small group classes. Right now I teach one group class each week on Monday at 6pm. Or if you have a small group of friends or coworkers you could do a semi private class for your whole group!
PRICES:
-Group classes / $12 for 1 or $20 for 2
-Privates and semi private classes / $45 (same price for 1 or up to 6 people.)

Private, Semi Private and Small Group Yoga Classes for Individuals and Small Groups at My Yoga Place!
Similar to a personal fitness trainer I offer private yoga for individuals and small groups at My Yoga Place or your home or office.
Private or semi-private classes for up to 6 people. Come alone or make a class with a small groups of friends, family, church groups, teachers groups, homeschoolers, etc!
My price is a flat $45 per class for 1-6 participants. Come by yourself or share the cost with friends...for a group of 6 that's less than $7 per class!
I'm available Monday-Saturday 7am-6pm

Since My Yoga Place is also my animal loving home place expect to get some complimentary pet therapy while you're here! I have 88 beautiful white doves which I use for my White Dove Release service here in Shelby (Check out my website A Dove Above) as well as our beloved family cats and dogs. The white doves are incredibly therapeutic to be around. They free fly daily around the property and it's a real experience to be around their gentle grace. All of our animals are super friendly but if you have pet allergies or just aren't animal crazy like we are, then please let me know in advance and we can plan to do our classes outside on one of the decks.
